Kaitlyn joined the Royle team in August 2026 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a bachelor's in international studies and Spanish and minors in European Studies and Chicanx & Latinx Studies. She has always loved learning about different languages and cultures which is what led her to doing a summer internship for two months at 3 Mariposas Montessori School in the Dominican Republic and then one month studying at the Institut de Touraine in Tours, France that same summer. 

She is originally from small town Necedah, WI but is excited to explore more of Sun Prairie and be back in the Madison area. When she is home in Necedah, she enjoys canoeing and watching the ducks swim in the large pond in front of her family’s house. As much as she enjoys the nature and peacefulness of her small town, she is excited to be back in the Madison area where there are more activities and things to do. In her free time, she loves thrifting, reading fantasy novels, making coffee, and singing karaoke. 

Although she does not have a print background, she has enjoyed learning all there is to know about the print industry. Everyone at Royle has been extremely kind and welcoming as she gets more comfortable getting to know the team and her role at the company. She is excited to work closely with clients as she helps them every step of the way, bringing their projects and ideas to life.
