The Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards — presented by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce along with program partners — recognize excellence in manufacturing across the state. Finalists are selected based on operational success, innovation, workforce commitment, community engagement, and more. Four companies will ultimately be honored with Grand Awards in size-based categories, and additional accolades known as Spotlight Awards honor specialized areas of excellence like culture, resilience, and innovation.
