Hello! My name is Bella, and I joined the Royle team in April 2025 after graduating with a bachelor’s in marketing and a minor in technical writing from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. After living in La Crosse for four years, I found that it was time for a change in scenery and moved to the Madison area.
I am originally from Waukesha County and have been living in the Madison area for about one year now, and the pace of a city environment offers fun things to do and people to meet. Being in Madison also provides me with more opportunities to visit my family at home, where I mainly go to see my five-year-old brother and take him to the park.
In addition to teasing my younger brother, I enjoy walking through the local zoo near my home on the west side of Madison and reading books on my back deck when the weather is pleasant. I also have various hobbies, including drawing, jewelry making, and sculpting. Over the next year, I aim to consistently practice my Spanish, as I have long desired to become bilingual and, ideally, multilingual one day.
Working for Royle has been fantastic as the environment is conducive to learning and welcoming to anyone willing to put in the effort to improve their skills. I entered this job with limited knowledge of the printing industry, and every day, I have gained new skills and knowledge. As my dad says, a job is a job, but it’s the people that make it all worth it. I can say with confidence that the people here at Royle make this job worth it, and I can see myself being a part of the Royle family for a long time.

“Every day there is something new, and something to learn. I look forward to lending this knowledge to those I am fortunate enough to have as clients.”
Favorite thing about Wisconsin: That we experience all four seasons! While I have my favorites and don’t particularly love the snow, watching all the seasons change from my back deck is lovely.
Favorite Food: Carne asada burritos, as I love any and all Hispanic food.
Favorite Knick-Knack: My Salvador Dali Smiski, which sits right by my office phone. He looks so cute and peaceful, even when I’m stressed.
Life Motto: All emotions are okay, but not all behaviors are.
