Referral Bonus Program

The Company is always looking for qualified associates and appreciates recommendations made by existing associates. If you recommend someone who passes all pre-employment requirements and who is offered and accepts a full-time position, you will receive bonuses as follows:

  • $50 bonus after the new associate has started work
  • $100 bonus after the new associate completes 60 days of employment
  • $100 bonus after the new associate completes six months of employment
  • $200 bonus after the new associate completes one year of employment

If you recommend someone who passes all pre-employment requirements and who is offered and accepts a part-time position, you will receive bonuses as follows:

  • $25 bonus after the new associate has started work
  • $50 bonus after the new associate completes 60 days of employment
  • $100 bonus after the new associate completes six months of employment

Both referring and and referenced associates must be employed at the time of the bonus. If two or more associates refer the same candidate and that individual is ultimately hired; the associate who submitted the name first, as date stamped by the Human Resources Department will receive the credit. In the event the same referral is submitted by two or more associates on the same date and is ultimately hired, associates will divide the bonus equally. (Referrals through employment agencies are no eligible.) Qualified referrals are kept on file for 60 days. However, if the candidate is not hired within that period of time, a new referral must be submitted.

Bonuses, less applicable taxes, will be paid the first pay period following eligibility.
