About the role….

Together with our sales team, the Manager of Mailing Systems will work directly with our clients providing technical assistance and clarification of USPS requirements, postal cost saving recommendations and guidance in enhancing the customer’s mailing solutions. This position also oversees a team of individuals that perform various postal processing functions. It is a dynamic, fast-paced and rewarding position that will be evolving as we grow. We need someone who will jump in and run with the production efficiencies, automated processing and customization technology that we are in the process of integrating into the workflow.

One to three years of prior managerial experience in a mailing and distribution solutions department within a printing company. Previous account maintenance and client development experience as the majority of the day is spent speaking with internal and external clients in person and on the phone. Professional demeanor and being able to interact with all levels of employees and management with highly effective listening, interpersonal, influencing, team work, and collaboration skills are a must. This individual will need to be creative, clear, concise, knowledgeable and personable.
