About The Role

This position performs customer databases formatting customer supplied addresses for CASS certification; providing a presort that is cost effective for distribution through the United States Postal Service..

  • List processes to be completed under CASS. Task Allocation: 4-6 hours daily.

About The Role

Royle Printing is offering a challenging career opportunity for a semi driver/material handler in our distribution department.  The position requires a Class A CDL license, one year of prior driving experience and preferably prior forklift experience.  The ability to analyze and interpret various types of correspondence, perform basic math and to have good written and verbal communication skills is also essential.   All candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent attendance and the ability to work in a team. Occasional overtime and/or weekend work will be required based on workload.  Work hours are from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Position Requirements

  1. Responsible for the safety loading, unloading and movement of product. Assists in placing the material, product and miscellaneous items into the designated storage/staging areas.

  2. Adheres to all DOT and Royle Printing safe driving regulations/policies.

  3. Completes required logs and other Royle documents.

  4. Ensures that the truck is fueled, clean and in good repair.

  5. Receives paper, printed material and other miscellaneous deliveries into Royle.

  6. Enters the receipts in the ERP System.

  7. Assists members of the distribution team with material handling responsibilities.

About The Role

  • Performing scheduled/unscheduled mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting to repair production machines.

  • Assist in large equipment installations and modifications.

  • Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment from 24 volt DC up to 480 volt AC.

  • Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.

  • Replaces faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors and positions sensing devices.

  • Replaces and lubricates electric motor bearings and rewires motors.

  • Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA Safety and Health rules as well as other governmental regulations.

  • Communicating status, progress and schedules to all internal customers.

Education & Experience

  • Prior mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and knowledge.

  • 2 years of electrical/mechanical trade school or related field or five years of prior work experience in lieu of a degree.

Individuals provide printed product to the finishing department, staging the product at the appropriate equipment and removing finished product from equipment and staging in distribution.

About The Role

Due to the addition of a new press line, Royle Printing is offering a challenging career opportunity for first, second, third and fourth press operators in our heatset web press department.

  • Individuals are working on a crew assisting in the setup, operation and maintenance of Goss Sunday 2000 press lines & our KBA 105 sheetfed press. Our presses are equipment with the latest technology including closed loop color and registration.

  • These positions require the ability to perform basic math and to have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as, previous machine operation experience either in a professional or educational setting.

  • Experience within printing industry is beneficial, but not required, for the fourth press operator position. It is required for the first, second and third press operator position.

Education & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of previous press operation experience.
