Mail List Processors

  • This position performs customer databases formatting customer supplied addresses for CASS certification; providing a presort that is cost effective for distribution through the United States Postal Service..
  • List processes to be completed under CASS. Task Allocation: 4-6 hours daily.
  • List processes to be completed under NCOA. Task Allocation: 4-6 hours daily.
  • List processes to be completed under Presort and Inkjet format. Task Allocation: 4-6 hours daily.

Finishing Associates

  • Assists the machine operator with the setup, operation and maintenance of various pieces of equipment that bind catalogs and magazines.
  • Feeding product into the machine and/or removing finished product and preparing it for distribution.

  • Conducting quality checks.

  • Interested candidates will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and have the ability to perform basic math and have good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and print related problems is beneficial.


Material Handlers

  • Individuals provide printed product to the finishing department, staging the product at the appropriate equipment and removing finished product from equipment and staging in distribution.
  • Remove finished goods inventory from finishing equipment and place into finished goods inventory.

  • Understand proper safety procedures regarding the operation of fork lifts.

  • Assist other material handlers, shipping associates, and finishing associates.

  • Ability to operate the hand held scanners.

  • Previous forklift experience & clamp truck experience preferred.


Folder Operators

  • Qualified candidates will possess strong mechanical and printing skills in addition to demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Candidates must be able to set-up, operate and maintain Stahl and/or MBO folders.

  • Requires ability to perform basic math functions as related to finishing operations.

  • Prior experience troubleshooting and resolving equipment and print related problems are essential.


Project managers

  • Candidates are responsible for managing the project from the time of sale through distribution.

  • Project managers are proactively communicating with our clients, creating and distributing job tickets that outline the specifications of the project throughout our operations area.

  • Providing answers to project specific questions to both internal and external clients and monitoring and conveying the progress of the project.

  • Qualified candidates will have strong organization and planning abilities; prior experience working under the pressure of tight deadlines and the ability to communicate with both internal and external clients. Competent at communicating clearly both internally and externally.

Press Operators

  • Due to the addition of a new press line, Royle Printing is offering a challenging career opportunity for first, second, third and fourth press operators in our heatset web press department.
  • Individuals are working on a crew assisting in the setup, operation and maintenance of Goss Sunday 2000 press lines & our KBA 105 sheetfed press. Our presses are equipment with the latest technology including closed loop color and registration.

  • These positions require the ability to perform basic math and to have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as, previous machine operation experience either in a professional or educational setting.

  • Experience within printing industry is beneficial, but not required, for the fourth press operator position. It is required for the first, second and third press operator position.


Billers

  • Create an electronic e-bill:
    1. Review the quote compared to job ticket.
    2. List all processes that were performed per the quote.
    3. List any additional processes that were performed but not quoted.
    4. Analyze shipments to ensure that all shipments were accurately shipped and per the original quoted shipping costs.
    5. Clarify any variances in processes performed and product shipped and why they occurred.
    6. Create the e-bill by entering the individual processes that were performed on the quote into the e-bill.
  • Create revenue distribution:
    1. Taking the overall invoice dollars and breaking that out according to account rules.
  • Calculate commission:
    1. Applying standard established rates to base numbers and to ancillary processes.
  • Review job costs:
    1. Run an actual versus estimate report to identify variances.
    2. Determine whether the project completed at a profit or loss.
    3. Investigate major variances.
    4. Communicate findings based upon our guidelines.
  • Create final invoice that is sent to the client:
    1. Assemble all of the supporting documentation that is included with the invoice.
    2. Enter the information into Technique to process the invoice.
    3. Send the invoice and supporting documentation to the client relative to their invoice specifications.

Stitcher Operators

  • Qualified candidates will possess strong mechanical and printing skills in addition to demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Candidates must be able to set-up, operate and maintain a Goss 2200 stitcher.

  • Requires ability to perform basic math functions as related to finishing operations.

  • Prior experience troubleshooting and resolving equipment and print related problems are essential.


Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians

  • Performing scheduled/unscheduled mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting to repair production machines.

  • Assist in large equipment installations and modifications.

  • Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment from 24 volt DC up to 480 volt AC.

  • Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.

  • Replaces faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors and positions sensing devices.

  • Replaces and lubricates electric motor bearings and rewires motors.

  • Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA Safety and Health rules as well as other governmental regulations.

  • Communicating status, progress and schedules to all internal customers.

  • Qualified candidates must have prior mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and knowledge. Two years of Electrical/Mechanical trade school or related field or five years of prior work experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Prior use of hand and power tools; knowledge of machine shop tools and measuring instruments; ability to use and understand readings of electrical measuring tools, including multi meter, oscilloscope and meg ohm meter. Ability to read, write and comprehend written instructions and schematics.
