Royle Printing Company Designated a “Best of the Best” in 2005 Best Workplace in the Americas Competition

Royle Printing Company of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the honor of “Best of the Best” for their success in creating an exemplary workplace for their employees. The 2005 awards mark the fifth year of the Best Workplace in the Americas competition; sponsored by the Printing Industries of America (PIA). The program recognizes and honors printing companies that provide a superior work environment. Royle Printing was previously awarded the designation of Best Workplace; this is the first year they have been awarded the prestigious award of Best of the Best.

All of the participating companies are judged on their management practices, work environment, health/safety, recognition and rewards, financial security and work-life balance. The winning entries demonstrate a level of commitment and execution above the rest. Two awards are bestowed by the judges: “Best Workplace” to those who meet the judges’ specific criteria; and “Best of the Best,” which are those companies with the very top ratings. Royle was one of a select few to receive this mark of distinction.
