Royle Printing expands, building for the future and creating new manufacturing jobs in Wisconsin. (Sun Prairie, WI) – Royle Printing is expanding its operation, installing several pieces of equipment; including a new selective binding/imaging system and an 8-unit high yield web press. These investments, along with several other technology upgrades, are part of the company’s strategic plan for growth and future development. The company has and will continue to hire new employees to accommodate the growth; anticipating a 10 – 15 percent increase in personnel. “The next five to ten years should be very exciting for our customers and employees,” said Chris Carpenter, the owner and President of Royle. “Building on our strong history and talented workforce, we have worked very hard to position the company for the growth we’re achieving. It has also created a strong need for new and experienced employees.” Carpenter joined Royle in 2000, later purchasing the company from the Royle family in 2002. During the past 4 years, the company has focused their efforts on improving the company culture and operation. Today, Royle is a leading provider of high quality printing and mailing services to the catalog and publishing markets.
